About NLP

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder studies the process of communicating with others and ourselves. It confirms that each of us interprets information in our own way.

The name of the field refers to (Neuro) the human mind/body and how it functions; using the five senses, (Linguistic) how the words we use are interpreted and perceived (Programming) the ability to structure a system which enables us to clearly choose how we think, feel and speak to achieve the desired results.

NLP is a powerful communication tool that will enable you to achieve business excellence. It is a process whereby you identify what you want, what is working, what you need to change and where you need to improve. By changing the way you feel, think or believe you can dramatically improve your results.

These are learned skills that will have an impact on your performance and the performance of those around you.

NLP presupposes that everyone can have outstanding results. This is based on the premise that you can learn any skill or adopt the necessary attitudes and beliefs to improve your performance. The basic NLP concept that, “What one person can learn to do, anyone can learn to do”.
