This includes a discussion to understand the client´s needs, completing a questionnaire and goal setting form, listening to a relaxation CD at least 3 to 4 times before the session followed by a one a half hour Hypnotherapy session.

So can I make an appointment for tomorrow?
You will need several days to listen to my relaxation CD in order to get the full benefit from the session and ensure your success. The CD will teach you how to relax and allow the process to happen naturally. By listening to my voice frequencies over and over you will be able to quickly achieve a deep state of hypnotic relaxation because my voice will become a trigger for you to relax.

Why is it so difficult to stop?
A habit is an established behaviour pattern that becomes hardwired in our brain. Once the smoking habit is established it can be just as addictive as cocaine and you are driven by a powerful compulsion to smoke.

In order to ensure you get the maximum benefit, I suggest you listen to my relaxation recording 3 to 4 times prior to coming to your session, complete a comprehensive questionnaire, a goal setting form and a behaviour modification form.

This will enable me to use your words, experiences and goals to enable your subconscious to easily make connections so that the urge to smoke will be replaced with new healthy activities.

 

Technique

The hypnotherapist convinces the subconscious to replace the urge to smoke with healthy alternatives such as determination, motivation, eating fruit upon awakening, drinking water or breathing exercises. This is the reason why, with us, there is NO unwanted weight gain or other problems associated with kicking the habit. The only side effects are an increase in health, wealth, and freedom.

Visualising yourself going through your daily activities and not smoking will reinforce your determination to never smoke again.

Imagine yourself changing your daily routine to activities that you do not associate with smoking and so you have no urge to smoke.
